Here's the second installment of Sunshowers, a little sun a little rain over the last two weeks. (Here's Hudson's edition if you missed it.)
Sadie
Rain:
She's been a terrible sleeper, she's taking an hour, or three to fall asleep and then she's up about 5 hours later. It's been driving us batty. We feed her then she's wide awake and happy. We don't get it, she must be tired. Then we'll put her in the crib and she screams, this cycle repeats until Ted resigns to sleep in the guest room with her. She doesn't seem to be in any pain, but we sure are, we're exhausted, we assume she must be too, but she's so stinking cute and happy that we've been too weak to hear her cry. So far the max has been 30 minutes.
Just tonight we resolved, we talked about a game plan and she was out in 45 minutes. Fingers crossed she sleeps through the night.
Sun:
She is so cute, and her hair is starting to curl, she has two bottom teeth, she can crawl up the steps and is following us all over the place. She can stand in place momentarily. She's so close to using real words, and a lot of them! She's babbling all of the time. She loves to eat, just about everything and now we don't have to put too much effort into her meals, we just give her some of what we're eating. She doesn't need a baby tub anymore, she and Hudson take baths together which is so stinkin' cute. She's so happy, excited and curious and brings us so much joy everyday, except perhaps between the hours of 9PM - 5 AM:)
