It's been an exciting, busy week! I'll back-fill all of details later, but while I have 5 mins I'll post about my freezer meals!
Every mama-to-be is advised to put meals in the freezer for when baby comes. I didn't do this with Hudson and honestly I wasn't planning on doing it this time either. That all changed on Sunday when we had an amazingly lazy day and I took 10 minutes to look through my recipes, and build the grocery list. The last three nights we've had crock pot meals for dinner, and I stored the rest. My basil plant is absolutely thriving so I made a massive quantity of pesto tonight too! Hopefully I will be able to be equally productive next week, right after I buy more containers!
