Hudson is at the beach with his grandparents for the next four days. You would think I'd be estatic for the break, but really I'm a little uneasy because my hormones are high and it's the first time he's taking a trip away from us! Anyway, more on that later, in order to cope/celebrate, Ted and I went out to a Belgian restaurant and I went with one of the specials; truffle burger with foie gras.
Baby and mama's first foie gras and I for one thought it was delicious although probably not something I would seek out or crave. With about 6 more weeks until baby's debut I'm going to try to do all I can to live it up!
