I love the Richmond Zoo, and seek any excuse to go there! Even though I grew up by a free zoo, and this one costs over $10 a person, I still feel like it's worth it...here are some pics from our recent visit. Thank you Aunt Trissie for joining us and being the photojournalist!
I like to get there right when the zoo opens (9:30) and head STRAIGHT for the giraffes, there's barely anyone else there, and the giraffes are still hungry!
Feeding the Canaries is pretty cool too, although Sadie's face says otherwise!
We needed our own snacks.
