I recently returned to the cooking world, and have dusted off my crock pot. My family is slowly developing a stockpile of favorites; and last night's BBQ chicken was added!
This recipe could not be easier, and the website even lets you adjust the serving size so you don't even have to think! If you're not a crock-pot convert yet, I highly recommend you try it!! I will gladly hop out of bed 15 minutes earlier to prepare a crock pot dinner, if it means I get to go through the day thinking about the deliciousness waiting AND that when I do get home, I can put my feet up for a few minutes, and not jump right into meal prep!
